There is so much confusion out there regarding nutrition and the “best” diets-Paleo, vegetarian, vegan, keto, gluten-free, etc. In this 2-hour nutrition workshop, Dr. Axtell will bring clarity to the diet confusion and teach you the 10 essentials for eating for optimal health. Learn about foods that can aid in weight loss, support the microbiome, decrease inflammation, and regulate hormones.
