LAB KITS

US Biotek Food Sensitivity

• You can take your US Biotek food sensitivity lab test kit to lab for blood draw any weekday when the lab is open. See lab hours above.

Genova Diagnostics SIBO Breath Tests & Gi Effects Stool Tests 

• Normal shipping schedule: You can take a SIBO kit to FedEx Monday through Friday over the holiday weeks: 12/19, 12/26 & 1/2. 
• Gi Effects Stool Tests: Last day of the week to take kits to Fed Ex is Thursday 12/22 & 12/29. Do not take Gi Effects Stool test to FedEx on Friday 12/23 or 12/30.

Great Plains Laboratory Urine Tests

• Ship frozen via UPS Monday 12/19 thru Wednesday 12/21 and Monday 12/26 thru Wednesday 12/28.
• Do not ship on Thursday 12/22 & 12/29 or Friday 12/23 & 12/30.

DiagnosTechs Hormone Saliva & GI Stool Tests

• All saliva test kits ok to ship via UPS any weekday during holiday weeks.
• Stool kits ship via UPS on Monday and Tuesday only.
