When levels of just one of your hormones are out of balance, the shift can have significant consequences on your mental, emotional and physical health. The endocrine system is an intricate triad of adrenal, thyroid and sex hormones, and when one system is out of balance, mood, energy, sex drive, sleeping pattern and metabolism are affected. The first step to achieving hormonal balance is to change your diet.
We will meet in a supportive group environment for a nutritional lecture with Dr. Sarah Axtell, ND. You will take-away healthy recipes and how-to-cook examples from cooking demos.
