I may be a little obsessed with matcha. I have it every single morning in the form of a delicious matcha latte. Matcha makes me feel energized but not anxious or squirrelly. And absolutely no caffeine crash with matcha. It also keeps me focused all morning thanks to the L-theanine. And not to mention the antioxidants in the matcha will keep your skin glowing!

I’ve been on a Greek yogurt kick ever for breakfast ever since I got back from Greece. With the addition of matcha, this Greek yogurt bowl will keep you full, focused, and energized all morning long.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (I like Fage full fat)
  • 1/2-1 tsp ceremonial matcha (I like Matcha Love, Naoki, and Kenko)
  • Toppings of your choice- berries, chia, flax, cacao nibs, bee pollen, nuts

Instructions:

  1. Add yogurt and matcha to a bowl and mix together.
  2. Add toppings of your choice.
