Eating a nutrient-dense, protein-rich breakfast helps to stabilize both cortisol and blood sugar levels. Breakfast is the perfect time to combat the stress we face throughout the day by optimizing our morning spike in cortisol.
In this nutrition workshop, Dr. Axtell will discuss intermittent fasting and best foods to start the day. Think beyond energy-zapping bagels and cereal!
You will sample nourishing breakfast foods and also go home with plenty of recipes to make a daily healthy breakfast achievable & sustainable.
