Fall is here, and I am a big fan of Eating with the Seasons. Pumpkin is a seasonal food that can be easily added to baked goods, soups, cookies and smoothies. These Pumpkin Bars are easy and delicious- truly a taste of Fall.
Ingredients
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 8×8 inch baking dish.
2.Combine almond flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl. Mix well.
3.Combine the rest of ingredients (almond butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, almond milk, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice) in a large bowl. Stir well.
4.Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until all ingredients are combined.
5.Pour mixture into greased pan and bake 30-35 minutes.
