Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with all the zesty goodness of your favorite wing sauce, this gluten-free, plant-based alternative is sure to satisfy. I use a zero-sugar Buffalo sauce to keep things flavorful without the extra sugar. Whether you’re hosting a game day party, looking for a quick snack, or simply trying to sneak more veggies into your diet, these wings are a delicious and wholesome option that everyone will love. My kids devoured them!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into medium-sized florets
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free flour
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 TBSP nutritional yeast
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 TBSP butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup Noble Made Buffalo Sauce (medium heat)(I got this at Outpost)
  • 1 TBSP honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whist together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, nutritional yeast, and salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk in the almond milk until smooth.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets into the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Arrange the cauliflower on the baking sheet in one layer (evenly spaced out).
  6. Bake the cauliflower for 20 minutes. Flip the cauliflower and bake for another 20 minutes.
  7. While the cauliflower in baking make the sauce: whisk together honey, butter, and buffalo sauce.
  8. Coat the cauliflower wings with the sauce and bake for another 5-8 minutes.

Serve with ranch, green goddess dressing, and cut veggies.
