Chocolate Breakfast Pudding

This is a great high protein, low carbohydrate breakfast option. It uses non caloric sweeteners and is full or protein and fiber, making it a great option for those who are trying to lose weight.
2 cups unsweetened coconut or flax milk
1 slightly ripe banana diced
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (or carob powder)
1 serving vanilla flavored protein powder
½ cup chia seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Liquid stevia or erythritol to taste (optional)
Mix all the ingredients except the sweetener in a mixing bowl. Add sweetener if desired. Cover and place in the fridge overnight, then serve chilled.
