My Favorite Protein Powder

I’m a big fan of smoothies. They are a great way to pack in superfoods: greens, flax, chia, berries, matcha, avocados, and maca. The possibilities are endless. But for a smoothie to keep your blood sugar stable and keep you feeling full for hours, it must contain protein! Not all protein powders are created equally. Some protein powders are loaded with sugar or sugar alcohols (causing gas and bloating) and not to mention the gritty texture of some sub-par powders.
Sunwarrior plant-based protein powder is my favorite. Here is why:
- Tastes good. It’s important to thoroughly enjoy your food! Sunwarrior is smooth and creamy and the vanilla mixes well in any green smoothie.
- No added sugar. It is sweetened with stevia, a natural sweetener.
- Easy-to-digest. Made with with fermented pea protein. Unlike many plant-based protein powders, Sunwarrior does not contain erythritol, which can be a common trigger for gas, bloating, diarrhea, and/or constipation.
