Chocolate Collagen Protein Balls

These make for a quick midday pick-me-up when you are craving something sweet. The collagen powder will help stabilize your blood sugar, keeping you full and energized all afternoon. And not to mention the collagen will do wonders for your hair, skin, and joints. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup nut or seed butter (almond butter, peanut butter, cashew butter or sunflower seed butter)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup collagen powder
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Roll into balls. Store in fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
