Ditch Nutella and experience the authentic taste of Greece with this creamy chocolate tahini spread. This was served at breakfast buffets in Greece alongside whole grain bread and fruit. Or drizzle some in your plain Greek yogurt.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, combine tahini, cocoa powder, honey, salt, and vanilla (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the spread to an airtight jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
