Dill Avocado Dressing

If you are a fan of creamy dressings, this Dill Avocado Dressing is a must! This can be used as a dip with veggies or as a salad dressing. It is full of good fat, which keeps you full and satisfied.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package fresh dill
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
