Chocolate Avocado Pudding Pops

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ c. cocoa powder
  • ½ c. full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 T. honey or maple syrup
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • pinch salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Process all the ingredients until very smooth (add in a splash or two more of liquid if needed)

2. Pour into popsicle molds or dixie cups with a popsicle stick in the center and freeze until solid (4-6 hours)

Servings: 3 pudding pops, depending on how big your molds are
