This sauce can be added to anything and everything to boost nutrient density and flavor in your meal. I like to use it on top of fish and chicken, but it also makes for a nice salad dressing. It contains parsley and lemon, both of which are potent detoxifying foods. Your liver and kidneys will thank you!
- 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tbsp tightly packed fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until well-blended. Store in fridge and top veggies, meat or fish.
