No Bake Brownie Bites

With just 5 ingredients, these no bake brownie bites are the perfect healthy treat. They are a great way to incorporate anti-inflammatory walnuts, thyroid-supportive brazil nuts, and magnesium-rich cacao powder in your diet.
- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates (approximately 11 dates)
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup brazil nuts
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Place walnuts and brazil nuts in a food processor and blend until finely ground.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until a dough has formed.
- Roll into small balls.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
