Super Greens Dip with Moringa

Moringa is a greens superfood powder, giving kale a run for its money. It’s rich in vitamins and minerals, notably vitamins A and C, iron, magnesium, zinc, and calcium. It is also rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. It’s been shown to regulate blood pressure and blood sugar. Add 1-2 tsps to your morning smoothie or add to savory foods like pesto, dips, and eggs.
This savory super greens dip is the perfect way to sneak in more greens in your diet.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen shelled edamame, thawed
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP moringa powder
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP tahini
- 2 TBSP miso paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth.
- Top with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (optional). Serve with your favorite crackers and fresh veggies.
